What are your hours?

Day passes are available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. Monthly members enjoy 24/7 access to the studio.

How do I access the studio?

Once your day pass is confirmed, you'll receive an email with detailed access instructions.

Do I need to reserve space in advance?

Yes. As a small studio, we use a point reservation system to ensure ample training space for everyone. While you must reserve your training time, you're welcome to stay as long as you like for warm-up and cool-down.

Do you offer classes?

While our primary focus is open training, we occasionally offer small group workshops. For private lessons, we can connect you with qualified instructors upon request. Please contact us for more information.

Do I need to bring my own apparatus?

We provide silks, a lyra, and straps for communal use, in addition to many props.

Do I need to rig my own apparatus?

Yes, you must be confident rigging your own apparatus with a figure-8 knot to participate in open training at 1D1. We periodically offer rigging courses and open houses to help you develop this skill.

Do you offer apparatus storage?

Monthly members receive complimentary apparatus storage. We don't offer additional storage rentals at this time.

I am an instructor/student; can I bring my students/instructors to One Day One for lessons?

Absolutely! We don't charge fees for lessons hosted at 1D1, but standard day pass rates apply for non-members (both students and/or instructors).

Are you available for photo shoots, events, auditions, etc.?

Yes! Full studio rentals start at $75 per hour. Please contact us directly for all rental inquiries.

How often is your rigging inspected?

We strive to have our rigging inspected every six months by trusted, qualified aerial riggers. Our rigging was last inspected in May 2025.
